: Pain in "left ovarian area" can be from an ovarian cyst. A "strong fish smell" can indicate possible infection, specifically with Trichomonas ( a parasitic very common STD. See your gyn provider who may order pelvic ultrasound to determine the cause of the pain and the odor.
