See a doctor: Most woman with cycles past 35 days are not ovulating regularly. The data suggest only 7% of woman with consistent cycles over 35 days are ovulatory. I would recommend at the age of 41 that you see a fertility specialist as soon as possible to test your hormones and egg quality.
