Worm? - don't know: I don't know if it is a worm. It could be fiber. The next time you pass a possible worm or segment of a worm, bring it is as a stool specimen (don’t handle it directly with your hands) to your doctor. The type of worm can be identified in a laboratory. If you doctor is not knowledgeable about worms, she or he could ask you to see an infectious disease specialty.
