Local anesthetic gel: Topical xylocaine (lidocaine) or novocaine gel applied to penile glans. Try oral anesthetic gel from drug store, to save embarassment with pharmacist or dr. Circumcision, by itself reduces penile sensitivity, although this is a little too drastic for most men.
