BS lower in pregnanc: Blood sugar commonly runs much lower in pregnancy than non-pregnant states. It rarely, however, will drop to a dangerous or unhealthy level. Glucoses in the 60's and below (particularly by finger stick) are very normal. Don't think you need to increase food intake every time your sugar is in a range that is normal for pregnancy.
