How can you stop ongoing bipolar dysthymia/mild depression?

Evaluation: You first need an evaluation by a mental health professional to properly diagnose your condition. Bipolar and dysthymia are two different disorders. Once you are accurately diagnosed, then a treatment can be recommended such as medication, therapy, exercise etc..

Psychotherapy: These are different diagnoses that can be confusing and overlap. Get a psychiatric evaluation from a reputable psychiatrist (who may or may not prescribe appropriate medications) and also find an equally reputable psychotherapist to help put words to your feelings, and find out the meaning of whatever you diagnosis might be to YOU.
