How can i find out if i am bipolar without going to the doctor?

You should see a doc: You should not diagnose yourself without receiving an evaluation by a licensed mental health or medical professional. It would be good to discuss your history, personal life, work life and current symptoms with a trained professional to determine if you really do have bipolar disorder. That person can point you in the right direction for proper treatment.

You'd Be Guessing: From a mental health clinician's perspective, this is like trying 2 diagnose your own serious heart condition using books, the internet, friends, etc. That said, access 2 quality, affordable mental health care (& health care, generally) is staggeringly limited in far too many places, including the usa. You'll see many healthtap docs offering suggestions 2 those running up against access issues.
