What would be an indication that you have ulcer and appendicitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different: Symptoms are likey to be very different. If you mean a stomach ulcer there may be slight upper abdomen discomfort, slight nausea, dark black bowel movements. Appendicitis is a slowly worsening right lower abdominal pain with nausea, maybe vomiting & fever, progressively getting worse over 12-24 hours. Needs a medical evaluation with a doctor.
