Eat less and exercis: A healthy diet is a balanced diet containing mainly plant based foods. Animal fats are not good for human body if you can help it. So minimize sugars and saturated fats(fried foods). Eat high protein containing foods like fish, nuts, eggs and tofu supplemented with low fat dairy products. Exercise for 30-45 minutes daily. This is the best medicine there is to get you in shape.
