How accurate is it that lemon grass prompt cancer cells to commit suicide?

No: Apoptosis is cell suicide. Pretty much anything added in large quantity to a culture of cells can make them undergo apoptosis. This is the basis of several current cancer frauds. I would caution you against foregoing mainstream, evidence-based cancer treatment for one of these, or spending much money on lemon water or any other "supplementary" rx.
