Lacrimal obstruction: The eye drains, the lacrimal canals, are probably obstructed in some way. Mostly these are spontaneous in women, but in men are usually due to trauma. There are a few rare other causes. Check with your ophthalmologist who can make the diagnosis, and discuss treatment options.
