A member asked:

I'm wondering is growth hormone that is fed to cows a health problem for consumers?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not, but: The amount of growth hormone that gets into the meat/milk is small, and it's a protein, so would be broken down in our stomachs. So we probably don't get higher gh from cows given gh. However one wonders what else the gh may do to the cows.
