Aerobic fitness: Your liver is your most difficult organ to damage, and usually works as well at age 100 as when you're a kid. Trust you're not overdoing alcohol or meds that you don't need. In some communities, the most common cause of liver failure is phony "remedies" laced with poison. We're losing good livers to sedentary lifestyles, so stay lean and do plenty of aerobic fitness activities.
