What is the cause of high blood pressure?

Genetics: 95% of all hypertension is genetically determined, with no reversibile cause. Less commonly, an adrenal tumor, call pheochromocytoma can cause high blood pressure, or a blockage in a kidney artery (renal artery stenosis). These are correctible.
