what can i do to treat scars fast?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Michael Miller
36 years experience Wound care
Forever present: A scar forms when there is healing of an injury to the tissues. Remember that with almost all wounds, healing continues for months and months as we change the stress on the tissues. A scar forms as a result and may have many different appearances and colors. Any dark coloration may fade over time but the tissues never are the same and so some scarring will always be there.
