Eat less and exercis: The only way to lose weight/fat is to eat less, eat healthy and exercise daily. Healthy foods are most important: so cut out the fats, avoid fried foods, reduce sweets, cut on sugars in your diet and avoid dairy products as much as possible. Eat ample fruits and vegetables to fill up your tummy, but do eat more proteins which come from eggs, nuts, tofu and fish and low fat dairy products.
