Varied symptoms: Tb can infect many organ systems but the most common site is lungs. Cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss, reduced appetite, breathing difficulty, neck swellings etc. Are some common initial symptoms. However, symptoms related to each particular organ system involved can be varied & will require extensive evaluation to determine cause. If there is risk of exposure to tb, have yourself tested.
