Take....: Acutely: antacid, pepto, carafate (sucralfate) (rx). Better but slower: h2 blockers such as Pepcid or zantac; ppis such as prilosec. Combinations are frequently used. But are you sure you have an ulcer. A medical evaluation is obviously a requirement!
