A member asked:

Anyone know what is a safe weight loss per week to avoid saggy skin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Won't affect it: The rate you lose weight at will not affect the sagging of your skin. It has been stretched and will not return back to it's prior state without surgery. Weight loss is good, and best when slow and steady, but it can't return your skin to normal.
