Exercise!: Once your doctor says it is okay, start an exercise routine with cardio, sit-ups, etc. Some places have classes called "Baby Boot Camp" so you'll be with other Mama's and babies. It takes time, so don't get discouraged. But you'd be surprised how in a few months how different your body will look. Even that stretchy skin bounces back!
