No it is not: No it is not dangerous as long as you it does not contain Ibuprofen or naproxen, as it does come in combination with these drugs.Or you can take midol ib alone or extended relief which contains Naproxen . You should check which one are you taking.As a rule you should use midol and Ibuprofen or midol with Naproxen only if you do not get relief from one of these if used alone.
