OK if ibuprofen200mg: For total of 400mg. Especially if you only take 1 , 2 or 3 doses. Good luck.

I have bad menstrual cramps and IC pain. I can't take Motrin or Tramadol. Tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help. Don't like Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine. What else can I try?
