?not disease-wound!: A cats mouth may contain a number of germs that can trigger an infection.Any break in the skin can also increase risk of tetanus. If you clean the wound well and have no swelling/redness/pain,and had a tetanus shot within 10 yr,you can watch it at home. If you see swelling, redness or pain, see your doc. If it is in a venerable site like the web-spaces of your hand do so quickly.
