Skin rashes: First, you need to make sure your suspicion is correct since many skin rashes may look like bed bug bites. A folliculitis, skin boil due to infections... Can look similar. If you actually see a bug that bite you, you should clean your bed, change the mattress / pillow and wash all linens in hot water to kill the bugs. You can apply otc cortizone (hydrocortisone) cream on the skin lesion to make it heal faster.
