Interesting question: Overall, no penis should not cause pain during intercourse, unless it is very large and hits the cervix, or partner has some vaginal issues. Circumcised penis causes a little more friction than an uncircumcised penis which slides in and out of the foreskin, but in itself should not cause pain.
