Get a real Rx: This is the 21st century and you owe it to yourself to use remedies that actually work. Your physician can manage acne using compounds that are gifts from mother nature -- benzoyl peroxide, the retinoic acid derivatives, isotretinoin, and the wonderful antibiotics made by natural micro-organisms. Acne is a chronic, serious disease and requires real rx.

Acne: A moisturizing soap like neutragena twice a day to start. Then, if you are not allergic, have your dr. Prescribe for you some Erythromycin 2% topical solution to be used twice a day on the spots, after the soap washes. Let the solution dry on your face. When clear, taper off the solution and then just use as needed.

Mixture: Acne is usually treated with a combination of therapies. Antibiotics, topical retinoids, and facial hygiene products are usually utilized. For facial wrinkles retinoids are a good option. Lasers and surgical procedures can also help with facial wrinkles.

Tough question..: Simple question, but not easy to answer. It is easier to prevent acne than treating severe acne because severe/cystic acnes will cause scars which are permanent. Inflammatory acne are often treated with topical benzoy/antibiotic combo or oral antibiotics. Comedonal acne probably better treated with some retinoid derivatives..It is best to consult doc for individualized treatment...
Good luck.
