Whats the best way to get rid of acne?

Tough question..: Simple question, but not easy to answer. It is easier to prevent acne than treating severe acne because severe/cystic acnes will cause scars which are permanent. Inflammatory acne are often treated with topical benzoy/antibiotic combo or oral antibiotics. Comedonal acne probably better treated with some retinoid derivatives..It is best to consult doc for individualized treatment... Good luck.

If topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician who can add something stronger. If you're offered isotretinoin, go for it; you're likely to get a full remission lasting a year or longer, but it's not for the faint-hearted.
