The best treatment for any given patient will depend on the stage of the patient's cancer as well as the patient's overall health and functional status.

Variable: Small lesion peripheral in lung cell type squamous can be very high survival! small cell, large central lesion, poor prognosis and every possible variation between.. Surgical resection has best possible outcomes, followed by radiation and chemotherapy.
