Several things: Get enough sleep. Do aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Limit sodium to less than 2 grams (u could still have high sodium intake even though u don't use salt shaker). Avoid heavy alcohol use (1 drink per day ok, but more than that is too much). Don't smoke. Avoid stimulants. However, many people can't control their pressure with lifestyle changes like these alone.

Lower BP naturally: To lower BP naturally - consume less salty food; avoid saturated fat; avoid sugars, breads and pizza; eat mostly colored fruit and veggie and whole grains; achieve ideal weight; exercise twice daily; focus on potassium and magnesium rich foods; nuts are excellent; unsalted of course; omega 3 can help
