Perplexing???: Obviously, complex, as each person is different. However, need to determine whether numbness due to ms relapse or progression, or if due to peripheral nerve problem such as carpal tunnel, tarsal tunnel, b-12 deficiency and treat the underlying cause. The neurologist should be capable of handling the symptoms.
