?exacerbation/relaps: Sounds like your MS is poorly controlled, and maybe causing a movement disorder. Certainly get symptom treatment, but also make sure that you take a potent medication, such as Tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya. Make certain that enough Vitamin D-3 is on board, and that you do NOT have a co-morbidity such as B-12 deficiency. See an MS focused neurologist for more information.

Yes!: Numbness and tingling is very common symptom of ms, also movement like tremors or other movement can be symptoms--some sensory symptom make you move--so it is unclear which come first.
