Hard to do!: Injuries vary greatly in severity and associated symptoms. Perhaps the most common is low back pain without leg pain or symptoms following an activity. Lifting, bending, twisting, exercise, cleaning home, work activities all can be followed by low back pain. It is very common (60 to 90%) of adults will experience such back pain. Many will improve, but many will develop chronic backache.
