Breast : There are many non-cancerous reasons for a "hard spot" in the breast; however, cancer is the most concerning and requires that all "hard spots" in the breast be examined. I would not jump to conclusions, but i would definitely have your physician examine the area. He or she may refer you for a diagnostic mammogram. I hope this helps answer your question.
