No: If there was no hard lump prior to his suckuing on your breast, then you do not have cancer. The hard lump is from pooled blood forming a clot which you see as a bruise. Warm compress, time = resolution. Tell him to be more gentle!

Get checked: See your primary care provider or GYN as soon as possible to receive proper evaluation and treatment. Infection is more likely than cancer given your story but proper exam is needed.
