How do i know exactly what is pre menopausal levels?

Declining hormones. : Once the ovaries reach menopause, they can no longer produce any significant amount of estrogen or progesterone. Essentially zero levels. Premenopausal levels are not "exact" but mean somewhere on the decline from normal reproductive levels and menopause. Different for different women.
