Unpredictable in any: Cancer in general has an unpredictable course when taking the case of one individual. We know there are more curable and less curable cancers. The worst ones are lung cancer, pancreas cancer and glioblastoma. But some of the blood cancers and melanomas can kill in less than one year of diagnosis.
