Discomfort in pelvis: Most ovarian cysts have no symptoms as they are a normal part of the egg developing in the ovary. For some ovarian problems, a sense of discomfort or pain in the pelvis may be the symptom. Other problems can be irregular menstrual bleeding or pain with sex. In some cases, urination and stool patterns can change too.
