Groin rash: These are most likely due to the moist conditions in this area with mild bacterial or fungal overgrowth and secondary itching. Less likely they may be a manifestation of std's . Your dermatologist or ob-gyn can sort this out. The area should be cleaned and kept as dry as possible. You may need topical anti-fungal or even steroid cream.
