Probably: If your OB physician says you can fly at this point in your pregnancy, minor cardiac abnormalities should not prevent you from flying. It is easier to give a firm answer if you know what your murmur is from. Have you been told anything specific?

Most probably yes : 90% pregnant women have a soft systolic murmurs without any consequences. Now, if the murmur is diastolic type, the recommendation is to investigate with 2d echocardiogram to r/o disease.
