Can be tested: You can be tested for donor compatibility at 35 weeks of pregnancy, but you should probably wait. You are not going to donate the kidney while pregnant, nor in the few months post-partum. Additionally, there can be immunologic changes related to pregnancy (increased antigen exposure from the infant). Therefore, you should just wait until after delivery and then be tested when you can donate.
