Maybe not awesome: If you come home and you are starving and need to overeat at dinner time, maybe you are not doing awesome for breakfast and lunch. Your body may be starving for the food it needed during the day. Ideally your biggest calorie intake should be during the day not at dinner time. Most of us have it reversed. Don't starve yourself during the day. Eat a balance breakfast and lunch to stop overeating.

Portion control.: Eat a healthy dinner and measure your food portions. We generally tend to overdo it at the end of the day, which is unfortunately when our metabolism is the slowest and when our bodies arguably need extra calories the least. Don't get carried away. It may help mentally to eat dinner on a smaller plate - looks like it contains more food than it actually would.
