Nothing if no allerg: As long as you are not allergic there should not be an issue. Penicillin g can be given into the muscle but it should be given by a trained nurse or medical provider.

Depends : If you are allergic to penicillin get medical help immediately otherwise if should not harm you. How did you get a hold of pcn and inject it?
