Please answer! what will happen if a dose of penicillin g benzathine is missed?

Probably nothing: Missing one dose slightly increases the risk for the infection to recur. But there is a significant tail for the concentration of the antibiotic. Also if you miss a dose early in treatment the risk is hjigher than later when the bacteria presumably is attenuated.
