SNOOZE: Alcohol is a sedative and whatever is enough foryou will helo yougo to sleep. But for some people it causes awakening during the night. Not recommended for a sleep aide.
Find out what keeps you up. Learnproper sleep hygiene. Reviewing concerns when the light's out keeps lots of people up. Find out what's getting in the way. Some doctors are sleep specialists - try them.
