No problem: Some people might experience reflux/heartburn with such a regimen, but if there are no symptoms or noted adverse effects, there is nothing wrong with this plan. If GI symptoms occur, consider a lighter meal, including more carbohydrates and minimal fats.

Eating and workout: It would be good to put more time between eating and workouts, at least one hour. The workout may interfere w/the digestive process. Peace and good health.
