None: Generally you shouldn't need a post-workout snack. If your blood sugar drops during exercise, take less Insulin before the work-out. If your sugar drops, treat the low sugar with milk, juice or glucose tablets until it returns to normal. Don't treat w/food, as it takes too long to enter the system and increases your sugar too much.
