Tremor: Most tremor is benign, not harmful but talk to your pcp as there are many different types of tremor. Carpal tunnel an other isolated peripheral nerve issues are not typically the cause of tremor but may co exist with it. Diet, medications, neurolgical issues, endocrine or hormonal imbalance. The list is so long that one really needs to sit down with a pcp to investigate
