So this depends on: why you have them…..a patient just came in on friday with this complaint. They were located over her toe joint. so that when in a shoe the joint would flex and rub on the shoe. We will be shaving down the underlying bone and cutting out the hyper pigmented skin and I am hopeful her problem will be solved.
