A member asked:

Can there be a natural treatment for seborriac dermatitis, vitamins, diet etc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Natural IS best here: If you are responsible for the health of someone with seborrheic dermatitis, you have a duty to make scientific, evidence-based medicine available. Ironically, the stuff that works (topical zinc, sulfur, and/or selenium) are all offered as "holistic alternative" remedies for other illnesses. Often with a bit of a mild glucocorticoid, this is manageable. All else is adjuncts.
