Absolutely: Another benefit to exercise is that it can help get you to sleep faster and perhaps deeper. However, without a CPAP or an oral appliance to help with the sleep apnea, you likely won't adequately recover from the exercise. There is no substitute for an open airway.

Exercise: Major benefit of exercise is weight loss every pound lost can reduce apnea severity index, studies have done to prove this. Exercise and diet are key to lose weight and improve apnea.
